Dave & Alissa Smith have recently accepted the calling as Lead Pastors of DOVE Christian Fellowship Elizabethtown after having served as Missionaries to the South Pacific and South East Asia for 12 years. They are so excited to be a part of what God is doing in Lancaster County, PA and have a passion to see people come to know God, find healing in Him, and to be released to make a difference in their communities. They have three beautiful children.

Jim and Lynda joined the DOVE E leadership team in 2001. They have faithfully served the community in a variety of significant ways. They have three children, two of whom were sent out as overseas missionaries. Today they are entusiastically watching their grandchildren grow to know Jesus more and more each day.

Brent and Laura recently joined the Church Eldership Team and they bring energy and a wealth of entrepreneurial wisdom to the team. They each own and run their own business and have a heart to serve others while also having fun! They have four amazing kids and a new daughter in-law. Brent's parents were long serving Elders at DOVE Elizabethtown previously.
